Shipping Policy — Yatripe

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your pincode, courier partner, or unforeseen delays.


Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to get activated by the courier.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
We may offer free shipping during promotions or for orders above a certain amount.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals or public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Once the order is handed over to the courier, delivery time is beyond our control.


Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If an incorrect address is provided or the package is undeliverable:

  • The order may be returned to us.

  • Reshipping charges may apply.

Please ensure your address and phone number are correct before placing the order.


Damaged or Missing Products

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

Provide:
✔ Order ID
✔ Photos of product + packaging
✔ Unboxing video (if available)


International Shipping

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
